The conference will take place at the City Conference Centre (KCC), conveniently located in Prague 4, just a short walk from Pankrác Metro Station (Line C).

The venue offers a modern and flexible setting for conferences, congresses, workshops and accompanying events. Its facilities include three main rooms, which can be divided into up to five separate sections, allowing the space to be adapted to different programme formats and group sizes. The main Empiria Hall accommodates up to 300 participants in a theatre-style arrangement and is connected to a spacious foyer suitable for registration, catering and accompanying exhibitions.

The City Conference Centre provides a comfortable and professional environment for both scientific sessions and networking. All spaces are equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi, while audiovisual equipment and catering services can be arranged according to the needs of the event.

The venue is located approximately 200 metres from Pankrác Metro Station (Line C), providing convenient access from Prague city centre and other parts of the city. The venue is also situated next to the Arkády Pankrác shopping centre, offering a wide range of restaurants, cafés and other services nearby.
